MySavant.ai was founded by Hunter Bell after years of working on the commercial side of the transportation and logistics industry, alongside a team with deep experience helping companies navigate growth, operational complexity, and evolving workforce needs.

Nearshoring had created tremendous value, but Hunter also saw where traditional models were falling short: limited visibility into how work was being performed, slow processes, high employee turnover, and an operating model that often relied on adding more people as businesses grew. He recognized that sustainable scale would require more than additional capacity. It would require a smarter way to structure, measure, and continuously improve the workforce.
