  • Hunter Bell is the Founder and CEO of MySavant.ai, where he leads the company’s mission to redefine how enterprises scale operations through an AI-powered workforce. With a background in logistics and enterprise services, Hunter brings a disciplined, data-driven approach to building scalable go-to-market strategies, operational infrastructure, and outcome-based delivery models. At MySavant.ai, he is focused on blending human talent with automation and AI to deliver measurable results for clients at scale.

  • Mike Foy is President of MySavant.ai, leading operational execution, service delivery, and organizational scalability. With over 35 years of experience across operations, finance, IT, and sales, he has held senior roles at UPS, FedEx, and Maersk. A proven supply chain executive, he previously led a top 50 LTL and truckload brokerage through growth, profitability improvement, and successful sale. Mike holds degrees in Business Administration and Organizational Management both from the University of Phoenix and is fluent in Spanish.

  • Raoul Quijada is CFO of MySavant.ai, bringing over 25 years of experience in finance and operational leadership across high-growth, private equity–backed, and multinational organizations. He oversees financial strategy, forecasting, capital planning, and scalable finance infrastructure. Known for driving disciplined growth and transparency, Raoul holds an MBA from the University of St. Thomas, a bachelor’s degree in accounting, multiple executive certifications, and is fluent in Spanish.

  • Tyler Crowe is Vice President of Sales at MySavant.ai, with seven years of experience driving growth across nearshore staffing and BPO solutions for transportation, logistics, and enterprise services. He partners with executive teams to modernize operations and deliver measurable efficiency through technology-enabled talent. Tyler has led scalable teams across customer support, finance, and back-office functions to improve performance and service delivery.

  • With nearly a decade of experience, David Ballen specializes in building and scaling AI-enabled nearshore staffing and BPO platforms serving transportation, logistics, and enterprise services. His work at MySavant.ai focuses on unlocking growth by aligning automation, analytics, and specialized nearshore talent to build more efficient operating models. David holds an MBA in Corporate Finance and Strategy from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a bachelor’s degree in accounting.

  • Juan Baena is the founder of Savant International, a global technology and talent solutions company he launched in 2016 and scaled across the U.S., EU, APAC, and LATAM. Blending strategic vision with hands-on execution, he leads AI-powered automation, nearshore staffing, and managed services. A technologist at heart, Juan stays deeply involved in product and engineering while advancing his mission to elevate Colombian talent on the global stage.
